What travelers say
A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“Fabulous location to Rochester train station. Made to feel welcome on My arrival. Room was clean & tidy with everything you need for a short stay etc.”
“Staff were very friendly, especially Thomas. The room was small but clean, as was the bathroom. Excellent location to walk to Rochester Castle, Cathedral and the historical high street. We decided to pay for breakfast and were very impressed by the range of continental and hot breakfast. We would stay again.”
“Very good value room, had everything we needed for a one night stay after an evening out in Rochester. Very central location for the town and train station. Room was just ok. The carpet in 309 is very stained, which made me not want to walk round without shoes on. It really did look quite disgusting either side of the bed. Staff were brilliant, helpful and friendly from start to finish. Despite being centrally located and next to the station we experienced zero noise issues and slept very well.”
“We stayed at Rochester Travel lodge for 4 days , after day 2 we had to extend our stay further due to my brother being in Hospital, The Lady, Sophie was excellent and a credit to Travel Lodge, she sorted rooms out and luggage to ensure a smooth transfer to a different room. Well done Sophie.”
